Le retour décomplexé des énergies fossiles dans les discours politiques d’une partie du monde

En 2015, l'Accord de Paris sur le climat à la COP 21 fixait l'objectif de réduction des émissions carbone à "zéro net" dans la seconde moitié du 21e siècle. Dix ans plus tard, les actes n'ont pas suivi les belles paroles et une partie du monde assume désormais la réhabilitation des énergies fossiles.
