La COP31 débutera le 9 novembre à Antalya. Cet été, la Suisse a clairement pu constater à quel point elle dépend d’une coopération mondiale, afin d’éviter à l’avenir des épisodes de chaleur et de sécheresse encore plus extrêmes. Pour qu’une telle coopération mondiale porte ses fruits, la Suisse, en tant que pays le plus riche du monde, doit y apporter sa juste contribution.
