La cour d'appel de La Haye a rejeté mardi en appel un recours de groupes de défense du climat qui estimaient que Shell ne faisait pas assez pour réduire ses émissions de gaz à effet de serre. Elle a ainsi annulé un jugement historique rendu il y a trois ans.
